What has happened with click and collect choice?

II want to buy something click and collect.  Up to last week when you clicked on "buy" the next page gave you options, your address on file or the click and collect options.  You chose what you wanted then confirmed.  Now you have to fill in all your details all over with no information for click and collect.  Is this a bug?

It could be a bug,but  then not all sellers offer the click & collect option on there listings.
