Unable to promote any listings?

I have listed a bunch of items and there now seems to be no option to promote any listings for me? seems to have changed in the last couple of weeks, anybody know why this is?

There hasn't been consistent selling ,  you've had a bit of a break.

Also receiving that recent negative could have brought you below selling standard, and therefore, with that break from selling,   you may not comply presently,  to promoting your listings.

Check your seller dashbord as you have to be above standard to comply,so having a break from selling and a lowered postage rating and a neg feedback won't help you seller performance standing!

Ah thanks, I was able to promote a few weeks back when i started selling again, so it seems the recent negative feedback is whats changed things, thanks for pointing this out.
