Trouble adding to basket

Hi - im having a problem with a certain seller - everytime I go to add items from them, it says 'cannot add to basket' - I have ordered from them before. I have Emailed them to ask why i cannot add any of their goods to my basket / I cannot buy them, - and I've had no response..?? My friend added goods from this seller to their basket and they have no problems whatsoever in purchasing from them. Is it just me? Have they blocked me or what?  Can anyone advise??  Thankyou

Why do you need to add to basket, just buy now.

It looks like there is a problem/bug regards adding items to the basket,as others are begining to report the same.

It would be down to ebay to resolve,so you can report the issue to ebay here,who can then pass it on to the ebay tech team https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Weekdays: 8 am-10pm
Weekends: 9 am-6pm.
