Sold item but can’t login to eBay

I sold an item on ebay, the seller paid then asked for a refund. I went to add my bank details, I then got logged out & can't remember login details for that account so can't complete refund. It doesn't recognise any of my emails. I have the sellers phone number on end of the postal address as a screenshot but they haven't replied (might be an old number). I have the eBay item ID

can't figure out how to contact eBay, full of rubbish automated chat bots 

please help!

You should have added bank details BEFORE selling, as the account has to be verified by ebay, to confirm you have access to the account.

When you log in there is usually a "forgotten password" link, that is how you reset a password, there is no point in contacting ebay, this is something you have to do for yourself.
