Sold a dress delivery to Argos - item delivered

Sold a dress delivered correctly to Argos store .  I didn't get a code for my buyer she says she can't collect without it?  How can I get this retrospectively

When argos log item in, ebay send collection code.

But others report that argos system is down today.

If you didn't add the eCP code to the label it's not possible to add it retrospectively.

If you bought a label via eBay it should be on there though. When the package arrives at the store the eCP code triggers a collection code to be sent to the buyer.
