I sent the order. At the post office it turned out that I had printed the wrong label, I had no money in my account to buy another one. I had cash, so I wrote the buyer's address by hand and sent it. My question is whether there will be any problems with this, because I don't know how you consider the shipment as received

Do you have tracking or on the proof of posting if the item was larger than letter size there's a 16 digit number.

If when marking the item as dispatched the tracking there needs correcting,  and you find you cannot do this,  then contact eBay Customer Services who willl add the correct tracking numbers for you.

To Contact Customer Services, I find the quickest way to contact them, either for a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back, to click on this link:

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

No one has to purchae ebay labels,so you can go to the post office and pay over the counter there,by cash or card.

Once you have done this and dispatched, you add any tracking details into the order details on ebay in your sold section for ebay to view.

Have you cancelled the original label to get a refund for it?

When you buy a label you'll be charged for it, whether it's used or not. However you can cancel unused labels within 15 days.

You can void and get a refund on the link below, click on the label that you wish to cancel.
