Selling Item Out of Warranty

Hi,

If I'm selling an item that is new, never used, in original packaging but has been in the cupboard for years therefore the manufacturers warrany is expired.

Should this be listed as New? Or New Other?

Does it matter that there is no longer warranty given that this is a second hand site?

New other probably, and make it clear in your listing description that the manufacturers warranty has now expired.
