Sellers cancelling bids

I'm absolutely sick to the back teeth of thinking I have a winning bid that is a good little bargain only to get a notification saying the bid has been cancelled and the item relisted! You set the price, you manage your own account! If you've set the price too low that's your fault. The amount of times I get a bulltihs message saying "I'm really sorry but I've dropped and broken the item! Or I've lost the item" because they didn't hit the figure they wanted! News flash, people come here for a bargain, not to pay full price! I might as well just cut out the middle man and go straight to Amazon!!

No one can make seller post item to you, but not good selling practice.

Best way is to pay or item, then open item not received case if not posted.

You can leave appropriate feedback, don't mention ebay or refund,

"Seller did not honor sale" will not break feedback rules.
