Seller wanting me to pay additional delivery charge

Bought an item which was advertised as free 3 to 5 day economy delivery. Now seller wants me to pay an extra £30 for delivery.

The seller can't make you pay extra, but the seller can't be made to send it either.

It looks like you are heading for refund and no item.

If you have paid already then the seller can't invoice you for the extra. If you pay it outside ebay then it won't be covered by the ebay money back guarantee.
