Seller selling outside of eBay rules so doesn't pay fees and bike not as described.

If you bought the bike as an "off ebay" sale sorry but you are not protected by ebay's money back guarantee, and your seller has indeed denied ebay their selling fees, but sadly you were complicit too as you were happy to pay them.

the fees eBay charges helps to fund buyer protection and one cannot expect said protection when an off eBay deal is agreed to defraud eBay of their fees.
