Seller not responding

Hi, 

I purchased 2 fitted bed sheets but they never arrived, I contacted the seller telling them they asked me to give them time while they look into the situation.

It's been a few weeks since this conversation & eBay have just closed the the request.

ive not had any response from the seller is there anyway eBay will extend the request deadline or can the seller get away with this?

When you open a return request on ebay and the seller doesn't respond you can escalate the case to ebay within 30 days of opening,by going back in to the view case details,and ebay will refund you without the seller getting the item back,so the seller has ran you out time now.

Look to your payment provider for help now,so your card issuer if you paid for the item that way on ebay,or pay pal
