Seller advised me item not in stock

I bought an item....recieved email from seller advising its not on stock...asking me to get in touch..The email is in broken English.....i have not responded to the email as im.sure the next thing they will ask for my bank details...i think they are scammers ! But cant speak to ANYONE at ebay....

If you wait for the item, you can report not received  for a refund once the estimated delivery date passes to get a full refund.THe case can also be escalated 4 days after opening to ebay, if you don't receive a refund

Seller advised me item not in stock

If the seller refunds he is penslised for out of stock, by dtill hsving to pay the selling fee.

 

When you as buyer are covered by the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, the seller is hardly a scammer, as they are the ones out of pocket, if they now refund for reason "out of stock", and of course you can still leave feedback, negative if you think justified.
