Returning item for a full refund

Do I have to pay for the p&p and how exactly does it work?

Returning item for a full refund

Depends on the reason for the return.

If you have received an item not as described,  you open a case for this,  and the seller,  if they wish for the item to be returned first,  pay for a fully tracked return postage label.

If the reason is for change of mind or doesn't fit,  and the seller accepts returns for those reasons,  you pay for that fully tracked return postage.

Returning item for a full refund

Find the item in your purchases and click on more actions. Then choose 'return this item' from the dropdown menu.

That will start the process.

Returns have to be started within 30 days of receipt.

Private sellers don't have to accept returns.

Knowing what you bought, when you received it and why you are returning it would help.

So, add those details if you have any further questions.
