My account has been restricted because i apparently have 2 accounts. However i only have 1. Please fix ASAP

Your account will not have been restricted because you have another account,  it will be because eBay has linked your account with another one that has already been suspended.  This is unlikely to be another account you own.

EBay are unlikely to help you with this, or unrestrict your account.

It sounds like your account has been restricted as ebay have linked it to an account that has also been restricted,and this does happen to members.

It only takes someone at your address using ebay being restricted,or someone who has used your account etc,or previously used your isp address.

I'm afraid it will mean you can no longer use this account.
