Requesting an invoice

Hello trying to buy a heavy item requiring freight. At checkout asks me to contact seller for freight charges. Seller is saying I need to request a total and sent an example screenshot. However no option on my checkout. Have added a second credit card and also tried desktop rather than app but no joy. Help please...

No reason seller can not send invoice with postage cost.

You can request invoice from item in purchase history or just message them.
