How do I get eBay to step in as I am struggling to get refund for an item I purchased

If you opened a  case you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days.    Then go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

It would help us to help you,  if you described exactly what you have done so far,  and the reason for the refund.

What was the reason for the refund?  A change of mind,  or was the item faulty?

Have you opened a case for this refund?

If the seller doesol not respond in 3 days,  then escalate the case and eeB ay then step in, and force the refund.
