Refund request

I've opened a return resquest  and have had to wait over a month for the teller to respond but he hasn't today was the last day. How do I get my refund please?

You have to escalate your case if the seller does not respond. Once the case is opened tou get 21 days to escalate if the seller ignores you, or does not refund.

Hopefully you are still within this time frame. If it has passed the case will close due to inactivity.

In the future, escalate case on day 4, don't let seller string you along.
