Promoted listings

our promoted listings have become unavailable to use. We are unsure as to why. We are assuming it's some recent inactivity with listing etc as we were in the process of moving. Is this why? Or something else. Any help/advice would be great 🙂

You are not the first to ask this over the last few days,  but with no definitve answer at hand,  all I can suggest is too contact eBay Customer Services, they have access to your account,  and see if they can solve the issue.

One tip,  call very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m.  there's  more chance of Dublin answering.

On the left sidebar you can see Have us Call you or Chat with Our Automated Assistant.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Check your seller dashboard to see if your seller performance is above standard,because if it is below standard you won't qualify for promoted listings
