Problem buyer

Hi I've got a problem  with a buyer who missed the delivery  of her parcel twice and she said the post office is trying to send it back to me but I haven't received anything she's now saying its my responsibility to trace the parcel for her or she will leave bad feedback

You can try going or contacting your local sorting/delivery office in case it's there.   She should do the same.   Apart from there's little you can do.  Don't be intimidated by the threat of neg f/b.   Keep her messages and report her to ebay (the link to do that is via the action tab at the top of the message).   That will help you if you have to apply to ebay to remove the f/b.
