Primary address changed

I just realised the last four things I ordered got sent to a previous address because my primary address setting somehow changed without me touching it - I assume I can't get refunded since i didn't check the details before ordering...do I have a leg to stand on?

No, not really. Your delivery address is shown at eBay checkout when you authorise payment.

There was a tech issue identified with the IOS App where it reverted to an old delivery address. If you're using the iPhone App its possible that it was because of this. A fix was rolled out so if you haven't already you will need to update the app to version 6.155.1.1, you will then be prompted to confirm the delivery address the next time you make a purchase.

The Tech team mailed all the affected accounts with an update on what to do next. If you haven't received it yet, you can reach out to customer support. They will be able to check that it was part of this bug and resolve any outstanding issues.
