Is it fair if you provide tracking and proof of posting Royal Mail does not deliver that eBay allow buyers to put negative feedback, even though you have done nothing wrong yourself,

If royal mail fail to deliver and item to a buyer,then then a buyer will look to get a refund,and it would be upto you the seller to chase RM with a claim for lost or missing item
