My Late delivery defects % has incresed after the easter weekend and also do to the Royal Mail is being so slow. I offer free P&P so items are sent 2ND class - Large Letter = £1.55. As many of my items are low value I am unable to send via Tracked cheapest being 48 Hour Tracked = £2.70 . I would lose money or if I increased my selling price would not be able to sell any items.
I only purchase my postage via eBay platform and the tracking number ( Reference number is uploaded automatically ) but eBay says that is not proof that I actually posted the item on that day but I take all the items to a post off and they scan and issue me a Horizon Certificate of Posting but there is nowhere in the appeal process that you can upload a jpeg of this.
Has anybody got any suggestions for me as this is now killing my business and may force me to close it down.
