Possible hacked account

Recently noted that I had an email saying that I had an item for which I had not completed checking out.  It was for something that I had not ordered, nor would I order.  It looks like my ebay account was accessed without my permission, however they were unable to get my payment information so the purchase did not go ahead. 

I have tried to report this to Ebay but they don't seem to have a method to report suspicious activity on an account, nor do they appear to have any interest in this.

As per their on-line advice, I have changed both Ebay and Paypal passwords.  However just a note to be wary of your accounts and check the activity on them.

If the item came through to your personal email but did not show in your ebay messages or address you by your real name it is likely a spoof email,looking to steal your details,which you can report here,http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/account/recognizing-spoof.html
