Please could somebody explain why my listing was taken down

There are hundreds of razors listed on eBay (some the exact same as mine) but eBay decided my listing was not allowed as it is a blade! Why are other sellers able to list razors?

Razor blades are prohibited to be listed on ebay,so don't try and relist or your account could be restricted,see this link Knives policy | eBay

Ebay can't police the whole site so rely on members to report listing that breach listing policies.

Have a look at the prohibited items on ebay help and contact.

Also, incase you aren't aware after 22nd April this year Royal Mail will prohibit any bladed item through through the mail system.
