Parcelforce overcharged me - I'm the seller

When listing an item for sale, I've selected option to ship with Parcelforce for £8. 

But once the buyer paid and I had to payvfor the postage, ebay charged me £20.22. How do I ask ebay to compensate me for the difference in postage cost? It isn't my fault that different cost appeared when listing the item and higher cost appeared later.

Never accept eBay's postage recommendations without checking for yourself. 

EBay won't compensate you for this.

You were never going to be able to post the mini jogger for £8 regardless of the courier you used,as  £8 would never cover the delivery costs.

Always weigh items and get costs prior to paying for any postage/couriers
