I sold an item and paid for eBay delivery to send the item. It took money from my bank account but later gave error to issue a label for the item. It happened 2 times and I paid 2.94£ per issue. At the end, I didn't receive a label and paid for it 2 times. What should I do?
You can cancel the incorrect labels to get a refund. In My eBay > Selling, or on the Seller Hub > Orders Overview, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side. Go to Actions next to the label and select Void Label.
