Order did not receive. And seller ignoring.

After I paid, I ordered the item. Something went wrong  the 2nd day my email they suspended permanently. I don't know what is that allegations are. Scams or whatever. Item did not receive, and the seller kept ignoring and said he has nothing to do with me and told to speak to the eBay company to get my refund, but I don't know where can I get help? It is so shame to be targeted  like this huge company.

You are not targeted, you have been saved from some rogue seller, eBay has spotted some selling regulation broken , and removed them from their site.

 

Your money is safe.

 

As the seller has been removed,  you need to contact eBay Customer Services,  their lines are still open now.

 

They will open a case for you so you will receive all the money you initially paid out.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
