Hi, I have received an offer but the buyer is unable to pay me as I need to confirm postage costs. How do I do this. The buyer has received this message from Ebay "eBay won't let me pay until you provide freight postage costs"
It relisted automaticallly and stated that the postage element to be agreed between buyer and seller. It will not let him pay me because the postage amount is not agreed. We have agreed now the postage so either I figure out how to do it or I will cancel the offer and revise the listing and get him to pay that amount.
If you've accepted the offer and the item has been sold you can send an eBay invoice featuring the postage price and then your buyer can pay via eBay checkout.
