Nasty scam by seller. What to do?

Situation:
- I've bough a monitor.

- Monitor has arrived, looked good but is broken.

- Seller accepted return request but the postage label is Royal Mail 0 to 2kg package. Obviously monitor weights more then 2kg. Royal Mail won't post the package.

- I don't have a button to contact eBay anywhere as they think return is in progress.

- Seller for over 48 hours doesn't reply to my message asking for new postage label.

So ideal scam. Send broken item, accept return but send unusable postage label. I'm stuck.

What to do? Please.

The return label is a standard 2 kg one,  the seller has no facility to send any other.

For a heavier item you need to contact eBay Customer Services,  they will provide the correct label for you,  and charge it to the seller's account.

To Contact Customer Services, I find the quickest way to contact them, either for a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back, to click on this link:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Thank you so much, just called eBay Customer Service. They won't help as they say it is too early. What a joke. Gonna sort it out and close my eBay accout.
