Hi I bought a suitcase and wanted to cancel 24 hours after I ordered it as no longer needed.it was to late it had already been delivered to Argos . I picked it up sent it back with my details recorded delivery as I didn't realise they did return service. It has been sighned for to say they have received it back . But I have had no refund ? I have contacted the seller a few times but no reply . I started a returns but then I cancelled it as I'd done it already through post office . Does anyone know how I can get my money back ?

Nooo,  you should not have cancelled the case, you needed to enter the tracking number and escalate if the seller did not refund in 3 days.

Now you closed the case there's nothing to force the seller through eBay to repay you.  You'll need to turn to your payment provider now,  for help with your refund.

leaving non-positive feedback for the seller is not the best way to get them to cooperate.
