Ive recieved my oil pump and although its fine the discription clearly states theres a storage case. This storage case was not recieved and the supplier is stating that there isn't one.

Well if there isn't one then obviodly it cannot be supplie, but it foes mean your purchase is not as described, so open a return case for not as described. Seler then has to supply a pre paid return label and on return refund in full.
