Item sent Evri incorret payment

I have just sent a package by evri but made a mistake with postage amount how can I rectify this I have messaged my buyer

If it was too little postage they will probably ask the buyer to pay the difference which you can repay  using something like Paypal.   Or it could be returned to you.   You could contact Evri and see what they say:
