I ordered items totalling £40 on the 3rd feb. Didn't receive the item & the seller hasn't replied to any messages. EBay have now said the case is closed & I haven't received any money back. Can anyone advise me on what to do now?
Cases have to be escalated otherwise they expire after 30 days. There's nothing else you can do via ebay but try contacting your payment provider and see if they can help with a refund.
