Item damaged by courier

Hi, 

I'm new to ebay and i put a item on for sale and purchased an label through ebay as i was diected. The courier is prarcelforce. The item arrived badly damaged and the buyer requested a redfnd. How do i go about making a claim with parcelforce?  I have looked on their webiste but it asks if i brought he label with them or through a 3rd party which i did. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
