Inserting adverts stops working after the firt one or two insertions

The above problem has been happening on and off for a few weeks but is becoming more frequent. I have tried clearing cookies and cache, I have tried chrome, firefox and Edge but all have the same problem. Anyone any ideas?

You have returned to selling after a bit of a break,  and you may be prevented from listing further items, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Thanks for the reply but this is not the source of the problem as I am regularly selling and sometimes the system works okay but then on other occasions the problem occurs after I have posted a couple of new advert. Very frustrating.

That is frustrating and needs acces to your account to see where the problem lies.

We do not have that access ,  so you'll need to contact eBay Customer Services.  Their lines are open now until 6 p.m. or if you try tomorrow morning,  first thing,  when the lines open at 8 a.m. there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If need be,  they can pass your account onto the tech team if there's a technical issue present.

I have spoken to E Bay support in Dublin via the link provide, thank you for that. The lady said that it is a know issue with no work around as yet. I pointed out that I have tried Firefox, Edge and Chrame but she said it is know to be happening on all of hese browsers. I also pointed out that there are reports of the same issue going back years and she said obviously E Bay are keen on sorting this out and she will report it again. Can I ask anyone else who has the problem to also report please. The more who do the more likly it will have its importance lifted.
