Incorrect payment and refund

I have just offered an item that was listed at £60+£3.45P&P for £45+£3.45P&P. Unfortunately the purchaser has paid me £60+£3.45P&P and would of course like a refund of £15. What would be the best method to refund the overpayment given that eBay have already deducted fees based on the payment of £63.45?

Find the sold item, and from the order details use the refund option under more actions,and make sure you check the partial amount you entered before sending.

As part of refund ebay refunds an appropriate proportion of the selling fee, so you are no worse off.

 Look at transaction after refund has been made to see how it is done.
