I haven’t received a item that I refunded to a buyer

I sold a headlight to a buyer and he said the light wasn't working I give him a refund but he never returned the light. What can I do to get the headlight back?

I'm afraid there isn't a lot you can do, as you refunded before getting it back, so you can't force them to return it now,and nothing you can do via ebay.

You could speak with citizens advice,as it would be upto you to deal with now outside of ebay.

You should never have refunded until you received the light back. Now that the buyer has their money back you have an uphill struggle to get the item back.
