How long for collection of sold item?

Hi, I sold an item, a pushchair, I have received payment and the buyer has said they need to arrange travel to collect, this was communicated to me on 10th April. I've since heard nothing. Can I put a deadline on collection with a condition that if it isn't I'll refund the money and relist the item?

Yes,if the buyer is given a date to collect and that passes, then you can cancel the sale within 30 days of the sale and the buyer would be refunded and you would get part of your fvf credited back

If it comes to cancelling, then I suggest adding buyer to your Blocked Bidders List, to a oid them wasting more of your time by buying again.

When you refund, the amount taken from you will be the amount you received, ebay makes up the difference by refunding the selling fee.
