How do i report a person for abuse & abusive language

i have had a person who wanted to buy something for a cheaper price than I wanted to sell . 

They were very rude

There is no need to communicate with a buyer.  The idea is that your item is listed with everything a buyer needs to know and at a price.  I would have nothing to do with "offers".  

Everything is done through eBay.
