Hi everyone I bought some Handel's buy now plus postage paid for the item then the seller said he,s already sold them and doesn't know how to refund me what should I do

 Seller goes to drop down menu, and selects cancel sale using reason "out of stock", and refund is made sutomatically.

Seller gets penalised for failing to complete a sale.
