Does anyone know why I haven't received any feedback from my last 30/40 purchases but keep being prompted to leave it for the seller?

All members,  sellers and buyers alike receive those feedback reminders. Bottom line is,  fewer people are leaving feedback now, sellers can only leave good feedback for buyers,  so usually wait for some feedback then they may reciprocate.

End of the day feedback is entirely voluntary, so you can just delete annd ignore those reminders.

There were issues with leaving feedback a while ago,due to a bug in the system,but it seems some buyers are experiencing the same again recently,so that maybe the reason for the lack of it being left .
