Seller did not feedback our transaction. I sent them a message but with no response.
As a buyer I paid immediately. When package received, part of the item was not dispatched.
I mentioned it in a message very politely, they apologised and sent it afterwards.
I do not see any reason of not getting a positive and nice feedback.
Any ideas about this

Feedback is voluntary - some sellers leave is straight after sending the item out, some wait for the buyer to leave feedback first (I tend to do this as it indicates that the buyer has received their item, is happy with it and thus the transaction is over).
Under the circumstances you're describing, where the seller has rectified an error, I'd leave positive feedback.

Adding to the advice already given -
As said feedback is voluntary.
You are chasing for feedback to be left for you but you have received more feedback than you have left.

Of course feedback is voluntary but everybody is interested in getting a good one.
But possibly some few times feedback not left for several reasons which
might happened just in cases a lot different to this one we are talking.
Nothing wrong from my side and no positive feedback receceived!

It maybe be due to ebay having technical site issues that are not allowing some sellers and buyers to leave feedback at the moment.
