Fake item

Hi, I have received a fake item, JBL headphones, I can return them but also want to highlight this to eBay as it is a big waste of my time and efforts.

You open the not as described dispute to get your money back and return them.

The seller sends a pre paid label

Once returned and  you have your money back then you can leave feedback

Feedback is the way to hightlight it

There is no other way to highlight it to ebay it is all done as disputes.

You have left appropriate feedback, which will indirectly highlight it to eBay. eBay monitors sellers' performance and a significant number of money back guarantee cases and negative feedbacks will eventually may prompt eBay to take action.

It's a slow process, but this is how eBay works. Buying on eBay isn't like the shops. Don't forget that eBay even warns buyers in the user agreement that "they do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of descriptions". Buyers can't say they were not warned. eBay is a jungle.
