Hi, I recently ised Evri with no problems, received a QR code, got it scanned at the shop, generated a label, all good.
This time, I didn't get a QR code, but was asked to reprint label, which gave me an image of the actual label normally generated with the QR code.
This is a problem as I don't have a printer. I can't see any way of getting a QR code to scan at ghe shop, I'm just told that I've already purchased a label.
any idea how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
