Ebay liars

I offered three times below advertised offer, ebay then sent me invoice saying I agreed to advertised offer, they are liars, fraudulent, con artist, I have requested my account be cancelled after over 70 transactions, ebay are worse than drug suppliers

Given the outstanding problems eBay won't close your account.

If you mean you have made three offers if those are accepted payment is taken from you at once.
