Ebay Sold Item

I have recently sold an item on ebay listed as collection only. I have messaged the buyer multiple times and haven't heard back from them. I am yet to recieve money but don't know what to do as it doesn't seem they are keen to collect it.

Both your items sold,  sold on the 12th,   so you have been very patient for this buyer to come collect and pay you, I presume eBay haven't told you the buyer paid?  You are a new seller so payouts can be held for 21 days.

Do this now.  Send the buyer a polite message,  give them say,  one day to inform you of a convenient date for pick up,  if they don't,  you will deem the item to be unwanted,  ad will cancel the order,  this refunds the buyer,  if they have paid,  refund your seller fee,  and your seller performance is not affected.
