Change of postal address

Buyer has difficulty receiving goods at work with Evri and has asked me to send pcl to her home address. I can't find out how to change the postal address

You are only covered if sending tracked to address buyer supplied at checkout. 

You can cancel, issue with buyers address, then relist so buyer can add address at checkout.
