I sold an item, customer collected and paid cash. I informed EBay that I've been paid and have tried numerous times to confirm despatch but system still saying that customer awaiting despatch. How do I clear the system ?
Using a web browser (not the eBay app) go to your eBay sold items page and in the drop down box you’ll see the option to ‘Mark as Picked up’. This will bypass the need for a QR code and complete the sale.
