Cancel part of order

A buyer as bought 3 items from me and paid for all as 1 order, theynow want to cancel 1 of the item can this be done or do I have to cancel all the order

If 3 individual items, then should be possible to cancel and refund purchase price for one, any refund of postage, might become more difficult.

Might be necessary with postage if needed to try by trial and error.

Alternatively cancel all three sales, and refund in full then relist for buyer to buy again.
