Buyers unable to add to basket or buy my items

Having issues with over 30 buyers checking out on around 500 listings I uploaded a couple of days ago.

They're all getting errors adding items to the basket or pressing buy it now.

Doesn't seem to matter whether they're desktop or mobile.

Unable to contact customer support as live chat is not available.

Probably a limit on number of items allowed to be added to basket.

The issue you show certainly shows a problen with the ebay app/mobile devices.

Best to report the issue to customer services,who will ticket the ebay tech team.

You can contact ebay here,but maybe best to try early in the morning when you will get Dublin,rather an agent abroad.https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Weekdays: 8 am-10pm
Weekends: 9 am-6pm.

Thanks, my "buyers" have also tried on desktop with no luck

So the issue was that my listing software was defaulting to listing on eBay.com and not eBay.co.uk
